Pauline Curtis

Pauline is a friendly Funeral Celebrant who will work with you to create an individual funeral ceremony that Commemorates and celebrates the life of your loved ones.

She has a warm personality and blends in with any family. Her services are conducted in a dignified and culturally acceptable manner. Especially for those who, for whatever reason, do not wish to choose a completely religious ceremony.

More frequently, bereaved families choose Pauline because they want a professional person to co-create a service centred on the person, their history, and their achievements; in contrast to the established set-ritual ceremonies of most religions.

Therefore, as your celebrant Pauline can be defined as a professionally trained ceremony-provider who works in accordance with the wishes of the family.

Furthermore, Pauline’s listening skills and compassionate, caring nature are paramount in her complete understanding of any difficult situation. Especially during those awkward moments in some family discussions.

As a celebrant, Pauline also performs animal burials, at the animal cemetery locally. A lover of all animals she prides herself in writing a fitting service to say goodbye to your loved family pet. She has two short services with some lovely poems, including ‘The Rainbow Bridge’ dedicated to all our four/two legged companions.

It is true to say that Pauline is very kind, patient, sensitive and extremely diplomatic when helping everyone get through difficult times in their lives.
